Shipping is calculated at checkout

We want to keep our prices as low as possible.

EU + UK + Switzerland + USA: all parcels are tracked and insured

U.S. customers: same shipping rate for 1 or 2 lps

ROW All vinyl are shipped as “international letter” with a tracking number. it’s the most efficient and cheapest way. 90% of parcels find the right way with this option. (5% are lost 5% returned to us)

Australian customers: this option is not available to Australia sorry. your order will be shipped as simple letter.

Note that once a parcel is dispatched, Textile Rds cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or unclaimed packages  that have not requested insurance at the time of ordering.

Delays are in general 5/10 days for EU – 10/15 days for ROW (it can sometimes take 5/6 weeks)

Doing some investigations for undelivered item can take up to 3 weeks.

Please note: If parcels are returned to us for any reason (unclaimed, wrong adress…) we’ll re send your parcel at your own cost.
